Part 2: The Revelation of the Triune God Who Speaks

Chapter 6: Natural or General Revelation

Fred Zaspel & Stephen Wellum continue their discussion of natural revelation. Wellum explains that all people have knowledge of God’s moral law through natural revelation, even though they may suppress it. He argues that everyone is accountable for going against this innate understanding of right and wrong. Zaspel adds that Romans 1:32 affirms that people recognize God’s righteous demands and their accountability to him. Wellum highlights how sin distorts God’s created order, such as regarding human sexuality and identity. The conversation addresses the importance of aligning with God’s design rather than constructing one’s own reality.
